Skard is a new advocacy strategy consultancy. We work with climate NGOs around the world who want to increase their impact by better understanding their political context.

This role is for perfect someone at the start of their career: currently studying, recently graduated, or with no formal qualification.

We are much more interested in your work ethic, attention to detail, track record of doing the things you do well, than your work experience or where you went to school or uni.

What's the Role?

Some of the work is very interesting. Like undertaking research to understand who the key political players are in a country you've never thought about.

Some of the work is less interesting, like finding a time that works for people in 3 different time zones to meet. And following up again. And again.

Flexibility on work location. Ability to step into more interesting work as you learn and grow. Doing really important and impactful work.
