Skills Insight is one of 10 government-funded Jobs & Skills Councils working to strengthen Australia’s skills and VET system. We collaborate with industry, training providers, unions, and government to address workforce challenges and develop practical, future-focused solutions.
This is an exciting opportunity to contribute your leadership and VET experience to help shape strategies for Australia’s agribusiness industries, leading a passionate and purpose-driven team committed to delivering real impact.
Skills Insight is a values-driven organisation committed to openness, transparency, trust, collaboration, and respect, while embracing adaptability, curiosity, dedication, and accountability in all we do.
Serving as a key member of the Executive Team, you will lead two Executive Managers and their teams. You will be responsible for driving insight generation, policy advocacy, and workforce development initiatives to amplify the voice of industry.
With a deep understanding of the VET system, you will translate insights into strategies, recommendations, and influential outputs that shape workforce policy and planning. You will also foster thought leadership and maintain high-level relationships across industry, government, and the training sector.
You are a credible and connected professional with a passion for workforce development and a talent for uniting diverse perspectives. With deep experience in VET, industry engagement, and policy advocacy, you thrive in an evolving environment. You are a natural collaborator and communicator who can bring people together, interpret complexity, and drive meaningful change.
