About the Opportunity

In this role, you will be responsible for providing support services to the activities in the Perioperative Department by the performance of any or all of the tasks assigned to this position and contributing to the achievement of safe patient outcomes. You will be engaged in the provision of porterage, theatre linen supplies and cleaning services. You will also be expected to perform intraoperative theatre duties including transfers of patients onto the operating table and positioning of patients.

The Ideal Candidate is someone who has...

• Ability to work effectively as a member of a multidisciplinary team.
• Experience in intraoperative theatre duties including transfer of patients onto the operating table and positioning of patients or willingness to learn.
• Ability to commit to a 7 day rotating shift (please note that there are currently no night shifts).
