The Banksia Ward is a 30 bed general medicine ward that caters to the geriatric population and to adults of all ages with acute medical conditions. The ward has a multidisciplinary approach to patient care and is attended by highly skilled nurses, doctors and the allied health team.
You will be responsible for the provision of patient centred; evidence informed nursing care that promotes identified health outcomes. You will assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care in collaboration with individuals and the multidisciplinary healthcare team.
