About the Opportunity

In this position, you are expected to provide high quality Social Work services to patients/clients and carers in order to ensure the provision of optimal health outcomes for the patients/clients of the service.

Ideal Candidate

• Must hold a Bachelor or post graduate degree in Social Work that provides eligibility for full membership of the Australian Association of Social Workers.
• Demonstrated knowledge, skills and clinical experience in Social Work clinical practice.
• Demonstrated ability to work as a member of a multidisciplinary team.
• Current NSW Driver's Licence (P1 and P2 acceptable).
