About the Opportunity

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Ensuring all Sterilisation Technicians grade 1, 2 & 3 have a complete and ongoing theory and practical education plan with documented evidence.
• Sterilisation Technicians are identified quickly that require further one on one education to improve their personal development using a range of educational tools to assist the process.
• Ensuring the education program is regularly updated with new and innovative ideas to assist our team’s ongoing development.
• Ensuring all Sterilisation Technicians can work with minimum supervision and accuracy.

Ideal Candidate

• Sterilisation Certificate.
• Extensive experience in the care of surgical instruments in a hospital sterilisation services department.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to educate team members using innovation.
