At SLR Consulting, we celebrate a ‘One Team Culture’, where bringing together diversity of thought and expression is key to building the best team to deliver excellent results. We strive to create an inclusive workplace where we value different experiences and look to create a culture where everyone belongs. The SLR culture is underpinned by our 5Bs which, in short is to Be safe, Belong, Be trusted, Be yourself and Be Successful.
We know it can be difficult and frustrating applying for roles, wondering if the role is right for you and if your experience is right for SLR. Many people won’t apply for roles unless they feel they tick every box on the checklist. At SLR we look for many different skills and technical competencies and we’re always looking for how new team members can add value to the business and to our culture. If you think this role isn’t quite for you, but you have a desire to work with us, – then we’d still love to hear from you!
SLR Consulting is an international environmental consultancy with a globally recognised reputation for providing high quality tailored services. With offices throughout the Asia Pacific, Europe, North, Central and South America and Africa regions, we are one of a very small number of leading international specialist environmental consultancies. We have committed to being a Climate Neutral Business by 2030 and have a long-term commitment to align with global net zero ambitions.
These are exciting times at SLR Consulting and we are now seeking an experienced life cycle assessment (LCA) consultant to drive forward our work in this expanding field. We are looking for someone with the skills to win and deliver new projects and build a team to support that delivery. You will join our growing ESG Strategic Advisory Team, providing practical advice across a wide range of sectors. You will be joining a global LCA practitioner community within SLR.
Our clients are facing a range of sustainability challenges, including pressures to decarbonise their business and to secure reliable and responsible supply chains for their production. We are looking for a leader to support such clients in the determination of the life cycle impacts of their products and services. Drawing in colleagues as required to offer complementary sustainability services, you will liaise with the clients and prepare compelling proposals for their requirements.
Once commissioned, we will look to you, as an experienced LCA practitioner, to lead the delivery of the services, working with our junior consultants to further develop their LCA capabilities and enable them to grow professionally.
Your role will entail:
