Surf Life Saving NSW, an iconic for purpose organisation, is seeking a self-driven Project Coordinator to provide support to assist Clubs across the State to increase membership.
This role collaborates with Clubs to improve patrolling members ensuring the continued legacy of Surf Life Saving in keeping our beaches safe.
The successful candidate will have mature communication skills, attention to detail, well developed analytical and problem-solving skills.

Some of the key duties will include:
- Support clubs in implementing recruitment, engagement and retention strategies.
- Conduct data analysis, research and reporting.
- Provide on the ground assistance with club programs and new initiatives.
- Work with the education team to ensure on-going learning and development of members.
- Assist clubs to enhance their community presence and attract members
- Build relationships with key stakeholders through regular communication.
- Collaborate with other departments to address key priorities.
- Develop structured programs to maximise patrolling strength.
- The role requires occasional travel and work outside of regular hours, including weekends.
