The Smith Family is a children’s education charity that helps young Australians experiencing disadvantage to create better futures for themselves through harnessing the power of education.

We are seeking an experienced Digital Producer to join our organisation. Reporting to the National Manager, Digital Marketing and working alongside dedicated, energised, and passionate team members, this role will work within the fundraising team to help deliver best in class digital activities to support The Smith Family’s fundraising objectives.

About our role

You will be responsible for:

  • Executing day-to-day digital production requirements driven from within the fundraising team.
  • Working with Digital Marketing to respond to briefs with best approach and produce solution.
  • Ongoing work to optimise the experience to further improve consumer and business outcomes.
  • Managing requests through digital team inbox
  • Planning and producing fundraising eDM communication
  • Carrying out all eDM testing and providing analytical reporting
  • General support across Digital Marketing team

About you

As well as passion for community, you will bring the following:

  • 5 or more years’ experience in a digital producer or digital marketing role.
  • A degree qualification in an area of communications, digital and marketing would be desirable.
  • Strong project management experience.
  • Experience in overseeing digital campaign management.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of display advertising formats, objectives and distribution.
  • Strong experience in Google Analytics with knowledge and experience of Google Paid Search.
  • Advanced CMS user (Sitecore experience desirable).
  • Intermediate HTML and CSS along with basic SQL and database understanding.
