IPS Youth & Family Support Worker - Casual - Brisbane and South East Queensland Based Locations

• Join the IPS SCS team to deliver youth-focused engagements and support services. In this role, you'll provide holistic and individualised placement support to families and children, aiming to maintain stable placements and home environments for children and young people. This is a flexible, rewarding, and casual role suited to those with experience working with children and young people.
• Flexibility is essential, as this role requires availability for shifts outside of traditional working hours, such as mornings (e.g. 6 am -9 am), evening shifts (e.g. 3 pm - 7 pm), and/or weekends.
• We are specifically seeking candidates who are flexible and willing to adapt to these key timeframes as they are essential to supporting families and children when they need it most.
• Candidates who have completed or are currently completing a Cert III or IV in Youth Work or a similar qualification, and who have a passion for working with children, are encouraged to apply.
