As a Senior Manager you will be leading a dedicated, passionate, and successful team in the development and implementation of strategies and activities to secure new and enhanced funding, and business and investment opportunities to support Social Futures achieving sustainable impact and growth.

This role gives you the opportunity to:

  • Lead the delivery and development of services and initiatives to achieve sustainable impact and strategic growth including:
  • Identify and secure new business and funding opportunities
  • Deliver business and market insights
  • Develop innovative service and business models
  • Collaborate with the community services sector to deliver social development and innovation programs and projects.

We are looking for a visionary leader with a desire to make a difference.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience in finance, management, business or social impact
  • Be passionate about making a difference
  • Have experience in a lead or senior role, including previously leading a team in business development, business strategy, sales, grant writing and/or stakeholder engagement.
  • Understand social impact and the importance of strategy and advocacy to promote social inclusion and community resilience.
  • Have experience in establishing and maintaining a strong philanthropic network and commitments.
  • Be a natural people person, experienced in managing stakeholder relationships including your team, peers, businesses, funders, and key partners.
  • Have a good understanding of employee engagement, welcome feedback and have the self-awareness, passion, energy, and attention to detail to be a successful leader.
