The Role
As Chief Financial Officer (CFO), you will be a key strategic leader, shaping the financial sustainability, business intelligence and digital evolution. Reporting to the CEO, you’ll ensure strong financial governance, drive business efficiencies, process improvement and lead IT modernisation. Working closely with the COO, you will implement transformative changes that enhance operations, service delivery, and long-term growth.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Financial Strategy & Growth – Develop long-term financial plans, optimise resources, and drive revenue growth. to provide real-time financial insights and ensure performance monitoring.
- Digital & IT Leadership – Lead digital transformation and IT innovation to improve efficiency.
- Risk & Compliance – Ensure strong governance, financial controls, and regulatory compliance.
- Business Transformation – Work with the COO to streamline operations and enhance service quality.
- Leadership & Collaboration – Build high-performing Finance and IT teams, fostering innovation.
- Stakeholder Engagement – Develop relationships with funding bodies, government agencies, and financial institutions.
About You
- Senior financial leadership experience with a strong strategic focus.
- Proven expertise in financial sustainability, investment strategies, and risk management.
- Strong understanding of IT strategy, cybersecurity, BI and digital transformation.
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of compliance, audit, and financial governance in a regulated sector.
- Experience in aged care, health, disability or community services essential.
- Relevant qualifications in Finance, Business, or IT and CA / CPA qualifications essential
