As the People and Culture Director, you will play a crucial role in shaping organisational culture, talent strategies, and employee experience. Reporting to the CEO and working closely with the Senior Leadership Team, you will lead the development and implementation of innovative HR strategies to support the mission of the organisation. You are an experienced people and culture professional who can easily multi-task at all levels, both high-level strategic and on the ground operational. You have a proven track record in developing and executing HR strategies, processes and programs and working across multidisciplinary teams. You enjoy enacting innovative strategies and have ideally worked within or is passionate about the non-profit and community sector.
