With a history spanning over 40 years, their services include Adult Education, Legal Services, Neighbourhood House activities and Family Support Programs - creating opportunities for people to thrive.
Reporting to the CEO, this role leads the development and implementation of new service delivery frameworks, ensuring programs align with strategic objectives and meet the evolving needs of the community. You will guide multi-disciplinary senior managers, foster stakeholder relationships and ensure compliance with funding and regulatory requirements to deliver impactful outcomes.
