The role

Reporting to the CEO, this role leads the development and implementation of new service delivery frameworks, ensuring programs align with strategic objectives and meet the evolving needs of the community. You will guide multi-disciplinary senior managers, foster stakeholder relationships and ensure compliance with funding and regulatory requirements to deliver impactful outcomes.

Key responsibilities

  • Strategic Focus, drive the planning and delivery of integrated services aligned with commUnity+’s new strategic plan
  • Innovation & Development, develop and implement frameworks to enhance service delivery, internal collaboration, stakeholder engagement and community impact
  • Leadership, inspire, mentor and empower a diverse team to deliver high-quality services
  • Stakeholder Engagement, strengthen relationships with government, community organisations and funding bodies.
  • Compliance & Reporting, at a high level, ensure programs meet contractual obligations and maintain the highest standards of governance and accountability.

About You

You are a strategic and compassionate leader with a passion for empowering communities and a proven track record in delivering multi-faceted programs. You bring:

  • Over 5 years of senior leadership experience in community, not-for-profit or government organisations.
  • Expertise in community services, with deep knowledge of compliance and funding requirements
  • A collaborative approach to building partnerships and managing diverse teams across multiple locations
  • Inclusive and deliberate communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders, staff and the community
  • A commitment to social justice and a proven ability to lead change in complex environments
