The Role

This well respected community services provider is seeking an experienced leader to step into the role of Director of Services on an interim basis and support the CEO during this time of transition.

A key leadership position that oversees a range of impactful programs, including legal services, family support, and community engagement, with a focus on empowering communities in Melbourne’s western suburbs.

The role offers the opportunity to pave the way for multi-disciplinary teams to deliver integrated, co-designed and client-centred services.

You will be working with the CEO and ELT to drive strategic initiatives, foster stakeholder relationships, and champion innovative delivery models that create meaningful outcomes for families and communities. Collaborating across divisions, this position plays a pivotal role in shaping solutions that address evolving community needs and laying the groundwork for a new strategic plan.

• Program and Financial Management Expertise: Proven experience in delivering multi-faceted community programs, managing budgets and ensuring sustainability.
