The Darwin Community Legal Service (DCLS) is a community-based organisation dedicated to legal and social justice and the protection of human rights in the Northern Territory. Since 1991, DCLS has provided free legal assistance, support, and advocacy for people facing disadvantage.

As Managing Solicitor, you will be responsible for the day-to-day supervision of legal teams in the practice areas of General Legal Service and Tenancy Advice Service. Specifically, you will:
You are senior lawyer who is committed to social justice with relevant experience working in the legal assistance sector or in a law firm.
Your style is naturally empathetic, and you can communicate information in a sensitive manner when dealing with diverse clients who have disabilities/and or complex needs, including people from Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander and culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds.
