Reporting to the CEO this newly created role is responsible for leadership across all aspects of their Finance function, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting (Board and regulatory change), financial control and establishing strong, efficient and accurate internal control and practices.

The position will also lead a small team, so ability to coach, develop and empower others is also essential.

Whilst your expertise will be in Finance/ Accounting your influence and expertise will be required across all aspects of the organisation. You will be confident and adaptable partnering and influencing external bodies, membership bodies and presenting accurate financial data to guide strategic direction at ELT and Board level

You will thrive in an evolving organisation, have meticulous time management skills and be able to implement change with respect, and take stakeholders upon the success journey.

A Commerce/ Accounting related degree, CA/ CPA with significant Financial Accounting leadership and experience is required. NFP may be advantageous, but more important is your alignment to the organisations values and ability, and advocacy for disability and inclusion. Technical competency with Xero, Excel and Salesforce highly advantageous.
