Following organisational growth this newly created role will implement and promote HR practices, support business leaders and promote all aspects of people engagement and performance.
The position operates as a trusted HR advisor to employees, leaders and external stakeholders in all aspects of HR including Recruitment, Onboarding, workforce planning, supporting remuneration review, HR process improvement, generation of HRIS reporting (EO, forecasting, emerging trends) and ER & IR support.
The role will take a proactive approach to process improvement and mitigation of HR related risks as well identifying future HR opportunities, and their will be opportunities to be involved in upcoming People/ HR related projects as the organisation continues to grow and develop.
To be considered for this role you should already hold a HR related qualification (or part qualified) and have previous HR experience coordinating and advising across a broad range of HR related tasks and projects supporting a nimble, purpose lead organisations.
Demonstrated understanding of the contemporary issues facing Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders and ability to communicate sensitively and effectively with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people are essential qualities for success.
