Our client is a successful and growing NFP who are now seeking to hire a talented Relationship Managers to engage, consult and advise their members on all aspects of their disability and inclusivity journey.

The purpose of the Relationship Manager is to:

  • Influence change so clients become more accessible and inclusive of candidates, customers and stakeholders with disability.
  • Become a trusted and valued partner by increasing the members understanding through empowering, coaching and educating clients on inclusion and disability.

Ideally you will already have experience working with broad, diverse client portfolios within a fast moving Account Management / Relationship Manager environment (NFP, government or corporate) and have have a track record of adding value, exceeding client expectations and support them navigating the program of change to improve their accessibility and disability awareness.

Experience developing diversity and inclusion strategies, and awareness of the barriers experienced by people with disability would be highly regarded.

You need to have:

  • Competent and confident consulting skills to manage a varied portfolio of clients at various stages of their journey - from small entities to multinationals.
  • Strong influencing skills, highly consultative and meticulous client centricity
  • Ability to work autonomously within broad and fast moving portfolio, and to support the national team.

Qualifications in Business, Adult learning or Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment (or similar) desirable but not essential.
