Position Objective

Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, this role’s objective is to fulfil retail and wholesale orders. The typical workday will involve receiving, sorting and storing inventory, producing packed goods through our manufacturing process, picking and packing customer orders, and general cleaning and maintenance tasks. Some days you will be working with a team of 5 other people, other days you will be working independently with supervision from the Warehouse Manager.

Location: Shop 2, 8 Lucy Street MOOROOKA, Queensland.

Key Responsibilities

• Picking and packing orders for wholesale, retail and co-op customers to deadlines
• Producing packaged goods in a fast paced environment
• Operating manufacturing equipment
• Receiving and organising incoming goods from suppliers
• Deliveries and stock pick-ups
• Using a variety of software systems including inventory management and point of sale software
• Develop knowledge of stock range
• Customer service
• General cleaning

Key Selection Criteria

Experience

• Work experience in a busy hospitality, retail, or food production environment
• Manual handling experience and ability to safely lift 25kg
• Customer service experience

• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment without compromising accuracy and quality

• Current valid Open driving license
• Safe Food Handling Certificate (or willingness to complete)
• Forklift licence (or interest in attaining)
