About the Role
We're looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to support our team with essential administrative and operational tasks. This role will ensure seamless coordination of schedules, payments, travel, and logistics, enabling the broader team to focus on delivering impact.
This is a part-time role (1 day per week, 0.2 FTE), ideal for someone seeking a part-time position. There’s potential to increase hours as the year progresses.
Responsibilities
- Manage travel logistics, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation for team members.
- Process invoices and payments, ensuring timely and accurate financial transactions.
- Coordinate team availability, scheduling meetings across time zones and optimising calendar management.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including document organisation, data entry, and correspondence.
- Support internal operations, including maintaining workflows, tracking expenses, and coordinating vendors.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Provide logistical support for events, team meetings, and external engagements.
About You
- Experience in operations, administration, or executive support roles.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to manage scheduling, travel arrangements, and financial transactions efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to coordinate across remote teams.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment.
- Proactive mindset with a strong ability to problem-solve and anticipate needs.
