Spring Bay Mill

About SPRING BAY MILL:

Located on Tasmania’s East Coast, Spring Bay Mill is a unique and sustainable events venue that combines state-of-the-art event facilities with a breathtaking natural backdrop. Spanning 43-hectares, this waterfront site offers captivating sea views towards wukaluwikiwayna/Maria Island National Park and a rich historical heritage as the former world’s largest wood chip mill built on the unceded lands of the paredarerme people.

Today the venue is managed by a passionate team committed to making a positive impact on the world. They have transformed rusting industrial buildings into award-winning event spaces, regenerated the natural landscape and curated expansive organic kitchen gardens. Spring Bay Mill offers diverse on-site accommodation options and serves garden-to-plate goodness, all with the goal of revitalising this once destructive site through the restorative powers of nature. A purpose-driven business connecting locally and globally with leaders and like-minded companies and organisations. Spring Bay Mill is not just a venue for hire, it’s a place for big ideas to flourish and a chance to make a real difference.
