The contract Specialist works as part of a team of specialists within the Quality function for SSI's Employment Services division.
The role is responsible for managing service contracts to ensure all external services meet agreed commercial contractual requirements performance and service quality of SSI's Employment Services programs by Liaising on behalf of the organisation in matters relating to assigned contracts, maintaining liaison between company and Stakeholders and funding bodies through preparation and coordination of applicable correspondence.
The role is responsible on identifying areas of compliance, potential compliance risk areas, and areas for improvement by working collaboratively with the quality team to ensure internal system, process and policies meet updated contractual requirements.
