This casework focused role sits within the new NSW Multicultural DFV Service which offers Domestic and Family Violence programs through culturally responsive services to women from culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) backgrounds in South Western Sydney.
The casework component of the service takes an intersectional approach, which includes individual advocacy, case management, safety planning, risk assessments, information and referrals, crisis support and counselling to address the unique needs and challenges faced by women accessing the service.
Other duties as directed from time to time within your skills range and capacity.
