This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Financial Planning and Analytics manager to enable SSI in achieving our operational, financial and strategic goals. You will play a pivotal role in providing effective leadership and management of business partnering, financial analysis and supporting the tender process for new programs.
In this critical, high impact and high visibility role for SSI, you will work closely with the Head of Finance, your team members and internal business stakeholders to ensure strategic decision-making across the organisation leading to financial sustainability in the long term. This role will also focus on financial planning, budgeting and forecasting capabilities, developing and building on financial tools to analyse service delivery and business structures as well as oversee key grant management functions including reporting and optimal usage of donor funds.
You will be someone with qualification Accounting/Business/Finance/Economics/Commerce or other relevant fields; with a CPA or CA qualification.
If you have demonstrated success in leading organisations in senior Finance Business Partners/ FP&A roles and consider yourself a highly skilled communicator, with incredible organizing and stakeholder engagement skills, this could be an exciting next role for you to work for a purpose driven organisation.
