The HSP team provides holistic case management services under Humanitarian Settlement Program (HSP) to newly arrived refugees and humanitarian entrants (Clients), including those with complex needs requiring specialised and intensive services, to build the skills and knowledge for social and economic well-being.
HSP aims to build the skills and knowledge for the social and economic well-being of clients. It delivers Settlement Services to Clients through a tailored, needs-based case management approach. The relationship with the Case Manager is the foundation on which the HSP case management process is based, working in partnership with Clients and other service provider personnel, case workers, and professionals involved in supporting the Client.
You will work to deliver HSP settlement services to clients as per SSI policy and guidelines. HSP Clients will be classified into a Tier according to their level of need and the complexity of their circumstances. Most HSP clients are expected to be classified under Tier 1 and Tier 2 and will receive the standard HSP services.
