Due to the growth of our Humanitarian Settlement Program, Housing Program, we are expanding our team.
HSP aims to build the skills and knowledge for clients' social and economic well-being. It delivers Settlement Services to Clients through a tailored, needs-based case management approach. The relationship with the Case Manager is the foundation on which the HSP case management process is based, working in partnership with Clients and other service provider personnel, case workers, and professionals involved in supporting the Client.
As an HSP Housing team member, you will provide necessary case support to HSP clients within the Housing division to deliver services related to core aspects of the settlement of complex case support, domestic violence support, access to homelessness services support, On-Arrival Accommodation, Initial Accommodation Support, Long Term Accommodation, emergency accommodation, and basic household goods package.

As a Housing Assistant, you will provide necessary housing case support and administration assistance to the Humanitarian Settlement Housing Program and case management staff to facilitate housing services delivery. Duties will include providing HSP Housing clients with their rental forms and inquiries.
