The National Programs Manager provides leadership and strategic direction for the employment programs and teams under SSI’s Employment Services division holistically and has direct responsibility for managing ASESS, Local Jobs Program (LJP), Information Linkages Program (ILP) and Return to Work (RTW).
The role is responsible for service design, providing leadership for service delivery and influencing continuous improvement and case work implementation across the programs that are under direct responsibility and also creating oversight for the programs under the Federal Program Manager remit.
This role supports the Head of Employment as a delegate when required.
The National Programs Manager will collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure compliance for their employment services contracts and programs in line with contractual guidelines, deeds, and quality management frameworks. They will be responsible together with the Head of Employment and other stakeholder to drive the growth strategy.
The National Programs Manager will also be responsible for strategic direction, monitoring and maximising performance against program goals and objectives and key performance indicators, as well as providing leadership to managers and staff, financial performance, continuous improvement, with the overall aim of enabling SSI’s client first model and creating the right outcomes and impact.
