In this critical role for the SSI Group, you will provide leadership and strategic direction for the employment programs and teams under SSI's Employment Services division and will be responsible for overseeing operations, performance, and successful delivery for dedicated contracts, regions, and sites that SSI delivers these programs in.
You will also have oversight for ensuring compliance in line with contractual guidelines, deeds, and quality management frameworks.
We are looking for someone with demonstrated experience and success in the delivery of government contracted services and associated performance related targets and quality management principles.
Along with high commercial acumen, experience in leading teams across multiple programs and regions to successfully deliver high quality services, you will have a customer centric approach and be able to work with empathy with all clients.
If you consider yourself as someone with the ability to lead teams and achieve customer service standards, KPIs, and targets, with highly developed negotiation skills and ability to influence, this will be a perfect role for you.
