The VIC Program Manager provides overall leadership and strategic direction for the Jobs Victoria Employment Services including the Job Victoria Mentors and Jobs Victoria Advocates programs, providing support to the VIC Team Leader and the broader team. The VIC Program Manager is responsible for ensuring quality service delivery and effective community connection for the regions, workforce planning, staffing and recruitment strategies, performance management, monitoring and reporting on performance, financial management, and identifying and implementing strategies for performance improvements. The VIC Program Manager manages key relationships with government department representatives, Centrelink, employers, TAFEs, training and apprenticeship organisations, employment services organisations, community organisations, specialist providers, and the broader community.
The role will demand a collaborative and flexible approach due to the diverse, fast-paced, and high impact nature of SSI.
