We are currently seeking a DESTeam Leader with previous experience in the Disability Employment Services (DES) sector to join our team working in the Liverpool office. You will be working in a supportive and inclusive environment and be part of a dynamic and passionate team dedicated to positive change.

Reporting to the Program Manager, the DES Team Leader will oversee the delivery of our employment services, ensuring high-quality support for our clients. You will lead a team of dedicated professionals, manage day-to-day operations, and collaborate with various stakeholders to enhance our service offerings. Your role will be crucial in driving successful employment outcomes for individuals with disabilities.
You will be responsible for providing day-to-day leadership to SSI’s DES sites, managing DES contracts at site level, overseeing teams of DES Employment Consultants, ensuring job seekers’ needs and expectations are being met in line with customer experience standards and contractual obligations under the Disability Employment Services program, as well as liaising regularly with key stakeholders, employers, government departments, and managing and maintaining community relationships.
You will also be responsible to assist with job seeker caseload and caseload allocations at a site level.
