The Role:

About You:

- A deep passion for working with people and an understanding of the challenges they may encounter.
- Exceptional listening skills and strong communication abilities.
- Confidence in providing support to individuals with disabilities.
- Respect for all stakeholders involved in our clients' lives.
Essential Criteria:
In addition, you should meet the following essential criteria:
- The ability to plan and prepare for potential client issues.
- Flexibility to work flexible hours.
- NDIS Modules
- Current First Aid and CPR certification (or the ability to obtain it).
- A current Blue and/or Yellow card (or the ability to obtain it).
- Experience in disability support work or a background in psychology or social work (preferred but not essential).
- A valid driver's license and access to your own vehicle.
- Locations from Brisbane to Gold Coast.
This position will be casual, with remuneration between $35-61 per hour.
