The Role:

About You:

To excel in this role, you will need to demonstrate:

• A deep passion for working with people and an understanding of the challenges they may encounter.
• Exceptional listening skills and strong communication abilities.
• Confidence in providing support to individuals with disabilities.
• Respect for all stakeholders involved in our clients' lives.

Essential Criteria:

In addition, you should meet the following essential criteria:

• The ability to plan and prepare for potential client issues.
• Flexibility to work flexible hours.
• NDIS Modules
• Current First Aid and CPR certification (or the ability to obtain it).
• A current Blue and/or Yellow card (or the ability to obtain it).
• Experience in disability support work or a background in psychology or social work (preferred but not essential).
• A valid driver's license and access to your own vehicle.
• Locations from Brisbane to Gold Coast.

This position will be casual, with remuneration between $35-61 per hour.
