<h3>ABOUT THE ROLE</h3>
<p>St Agnes&rsquo; are seeking experienced, Certificate III / IV in Individual Support (or similar) to join the team on a permanent Part-Time basis.&nbsp;</p>
<p>The successful applicants would be required to be flexible to work a range of shifts between Monday to Sunday.&nbsp;</p>
<p>Our Home Care service delivers a wide range of services to older persons within the local community, enabling more clients to remain in their own home and live the life they choose.&nbsp;</p>
<p>As a Home Care Employee, with no two days ever the same, you will support with a range of services from personal care, medication assistance, light meal preparation, domestic assistance and transporting clients to and from appointments. You will spend your time interacting one-on-one with the clients and their loved ones within their homes and outside in the community.&nbsp;</p>
<p>You will be driven to support their independence and well-being, attentively providing the support outlined in their care plan, all with kind and caring approach. You will be passionate about making a difference and bringing empathy and compassion to your client's lives.</p>

<li>The ability to observe accurately and follow directions precisely.</li>
<li>Basic computer &amp; phone skills with willingness to undergo training if needed.</li>
<li>Flexibility to be able to work a range of shifts between Monday to Sunday.</li>
<li>A Drivers Licence and own registered, comprehensively vehicle suitable to transport clients.</li>
