An exciting opportunity exists for a dynamic and service driven individual to be our Village Sales Manager for our St Agnes’ Independent Living Villages. You will be responsible for managing the sale of retirement living villas in our St Agnes’ and Lourdes Villages and working closely with our Village Management Office, Client Relationship and Aged Care service teams to ensure a smooth transition to Village living. You will foster a positive, client-centric culture and create positive lifestyle solutions for clients and their families. Connecting with the local community to build relationships to ensure the Parish delivers an innovative service offering to our future residents.
As the Village Sales Manager your key responsibility will be managing sales inquiries and providing high-quality sales counselling, while also promoting and showcasing available accommodation and amenities at St Agnes’ Independent Living Villages, our home care and residential aged care services. You will ensure prospective residents understand the financial and tenure aspects of independent living at St Agnes’ and engage with current and prospective residents and their legal representatives to provide support with the transition to Village living.
The position will be offered to the successful applicant as a Full-Time Role, working 76hrs a fortnight from Monday – Friday.
