The Position

We are seeking an experienced 360 recruitment consultant to join the team at our Cotton Tree office.

This role is responsible for:

• Managing and growing a temp desk
• Managing the end to end recruitment process
• Managing existing client accounts
• Identifying and developing new client relationships

The Successful Applicant

• Proven recent experience in managing a temp desk or labour hire arrangement - community sector experience would be highly regarded
• A proactive, professional and consultative approach to your work
• Strong communication skills with an ability to liaise with a diverse range of people
• Have a driven attitude with the ability to work autonomously
• Accurate administration, data entry skills with sharp attention to detail
• Experienced using Fast Track 360 highly desirable
