Role Overview:

  • The Graphic Designer is required to support the timely and quality delivery of engaging visual communications for Stride.
  • Maintain brand visual identity of several brands across print and digital platforms, including websites, intranet and social media.  
  • Collaborate with service and engagement teams to create compelling graphic design elements including presentations, infographics, flyers, newsletters, annual report, conference materials, digital content, EDMs and signage. 
  • Provide design support for the Website Renewal project alongside the Marketing Manager. 
  • Provide outstanding customer service and foster strong relationships with all stakeholders including staff and our marketing partners. 
  • Assist with coordinating the production and logistics of branded merchandise with the Marketing team.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement in quality of all marketing materials. 
  • Undertake other responsibilities as requested by the GM, People & Culture and Marketing and Marketing Manager. 

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in graphic design, advertising or visual marketing backed by a strong portfolio. 
  • Exceptional attention to detail with a keen eye for design, layout and typography.
  • Proven ability to turn video footage into high quality content for social media and the website. 
  • Advanced in graphic design tools such as Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Wordpress and Mailchimp. 
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple deadlines efficiently. 
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. 
  • Experience in managing internal communications and relationships for effective communication.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Well organised, with excellent time management and strong attention to detail.
  • Dedicated team player with a collaborative approach.
  • Must be eligible to apply/currently hold a Blue Card.
  • Must hold/be willing to apply for NDIS worker screening clearance.
