Our Service:
Stride Hub offers short to medium term mental health support for people between the ages of 18-64 experiencing severe and complex mental health challenges.
Working with them, their families and carers, Stride provide person-centred, recovery-oriented support and a holistic approach to mental health and wellbeing, including support for physical and social needs.
Stride Hub includes a multi-disciplinary team to support consumers, their families and carers on their health and wellbeing journey.

Role Overview:
The Service Manager has a pivotal role in the overall leadership and management of Stride Hub Caboolture ensuring all those accessing Stride Hub are provided a high level of care and support.
Responsibilities include –
- Leading, developing and supporting a multi-disciplinary team including rostering of staff, recruitment and onboarding of new staff, providing day-to-day supervision, support and guidance and structured performance planning and career development.
- Monitoring internal systems to manage the day-to-day operations of the service.
- Developing and maintaining stakeholder relationships vital to the success of the service.
- Fostering a culture of hope, optimism, empathy and recovery for consumers and their families and carers.
- Participating in both operational and strategic planning and implementing strategies for the service.
- Ensuring the Stride Hub Caboolture team follows internal processes and comply with Stride’s policies and procedures while operating within a framework of continuous quality improvement and risk management.
- Ensuring that the service is compliant with all external regulators and contracts including funding agreements.
Requirements:
- General AHPRA registration as a Psychologist, Clinical Psychologist, Accredited Mental Health Occupational Therapist, Credentialed Mental Health Nurse OR AASW Accredited Mental Health Social Worker (may consider applicants working towards mental health accreditation).
- Minimum of 2 years experience managing a mental health service.
- Demonstrated experience working within a recovery-based model.
- Demonstrated expertise in the management of a multi-disciplinary service delivery team, with the ability to lead the coordination of care for people with complex needs including consultation and engagement with a wide range of professionals/stakeholders.
- Highly-developed communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills including the ability to work and communicate effectively with clients, their families, community agencies and other professionals.
- Ability to meet deadlines in a high demand work environment and to exercise judgment and initiative.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Must be eligible to apply/currently hold a Blue Card.
- Must hold/be willing to apply for NDIS worker screening clearance
- Current Drivers License
