You will lead a team of staff and volunteers who are just as passionate about giving back to their communities as you will be! • Be a truly inspirational leader who is well regarded for their communication skills and their ability to coach and mentor their team

• Have previous retail management experience with a real focus on people

• Have a passion for styling and eye for detail to uphold our visual merchandising standards
• Have had exposure to large stock volumes and stock management
• Have proven retail apparel sales experience with a drive to succeed and achieve results

• Have a “Can do” proactive attitude and positive team spirit
