Your Role

This rewarding role provides direct client support, guiding individuals through their recovery journey with personalised case management, group therapy, outreach support, and evidence-based therapeutic interventions. At Rendu House, a non-residential Alcohol and Other Drugs (AOD) program, the team is passionate, collaborative, and committed to inclusiveness, innovation, and professional growth across diverse services and programs. 

Your Responsibility

  • Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions and education.
  • Conduct comprehensive client assessments, including risk evaluations.
  • Develop and implement personalised treatment plans in partnership with clients.
  • Work closely with partner service providers to achieve client goals.
  • Facilitate engaging group therapy and educational sessions in various locations.
  • Provide ongoing support to clients and their families, fostering positive change.
  • Maintain accurate client records and contribute to program development.
  • Participate in case reviews, team meetings, and continuous improvement initiatives.

You Will Need:

  • Experience in AOD community support, outreach, or related fields.
  • A professional, ethical, and non-judgmental approach to client care.
  • Strong knowledge of community resources and referral pathways.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
  • Basic computer skills and experience with data collection.
  • valid NSW driver’s license.
