Your Role 

As a Case Worker at Rosalie House, you'll provide compassionate support and therapeutic interventions to empower clients on their recovery journey. Be part of a dynamic, inclusive team that values collaboration and is dedicated to making a real impact in your local community.

In this role, you’ll deliver high-quality case management, facilitate group work, and provide comprehensive drug and alcohol treatment, helping clients build healthier futures.

Your Responsibility 

• Manage case plans and deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions
• Provide psychosocial support, conflict resolution, and group facilitation
• Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality client outcomes
• Maintain accurate client records and participate in case reviews
• Conduct drug and alcohol screenings and engage with families and stakeholders
• Contribute to quality improvements, WHS protocols, and staff mentoring

You Will Need:

• Certificate IV / Diploma in AOD, Community Services, or related field (or working towards)
• Experience managing complex cases (AOD, homelessness, mental health, etc.)
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Strong therapeutic skills and willingness to facilitate groups
• Basic computer literacy and a valid NSW driver’s license
