Your Role

As a Supported Employment Process Worker, you will undertakes general process work in production teams completing work as required for business customers and commercial enterprises. Maintain production standards and quality controls always adhering to Safe Work practises.

Your Responsibility

  • Operate machinery in a safe manner with full compliance to operating instructions and WHS requirements
  • Maintain a clean workspace and production floor
  • Follow process requirements of work orders as directed by the Coordinator Production/Manager Operations
  • Communicate any identified safety concerns immediately to the Support Worker Production
  • Participate fully as a team member in the workflow of the production line supporting colleagues to contribute to high quality end products

You Will Need 

  • Ability to work efficiently and effectively as part of a diverse team
  • Effective communication skills and a solid work ethic
  • Focussed quality and safety outlook
  • Previous work experience in an Australian Disability Enterprise
