Your role

Join us as a Tenancy Facilitator at Vincentian House, supporting Temporary Accommodation clients in securing housing with a focus on rapid rehousing. As the central contact for Housing NSW, you’ll help create sustainable housing solutions. You will be joining a compassionate and supportive team that values your expertise, prioritises your professional development, and empowers you to make a lasting difference in your local community.

Your responsibility

  • Assist clients in securing housing options, including private rentals and social housing.
  • Conduct assessments and provide ongoing support.
  • Advocate for clients, liaising with real estate agents, government agencies, and crisis accommodation providers.
  • Maintain accurate records and case notes.
  • Build stakeholder relationships with housing providers and support agencies.
  • Ensure compliance with workplace safety and child protection requirements.

you will need

  • Qualifications in housing, community services, or related fields.
  • Experience in social housing or case management.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and time management skills.
  • Knowledge of homelessness issues and the Sydney rental market.
  • Proficiency in computer systems and mandatory reporting.
  • Valid NSW driver’s licence.
