ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a skilled database professional to join Support Act, the music industry’s charity. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management and continuous improvement of our Salesforce and Apricot CRM systems. This role is critical in engaging with our donors, supporters, subscribers, as well as current and potential funders and will help drive Salesforce adoption across the team. You will report to the Individual Giving, Optimisation and Insights Manager and will work closely with fundraising, finance, programming and crisis support teams.

This is a part-time permanent position (0.8 FTE, 30 hours per week) working 4 days per week. Working 30 hours over 5 days or 3 days a week role (0.6 FTE, 22.5 hours per week) will be considered for the right candidate.

You will work remotely as part of an inclusive, diverse and collaborative team. Some local and interstate travel will be required.

ABOUT YOU

You are a detail-oriented data specialist with a knack for problem-solving and delivering data-driven results. You have proven experience managing CRM databases, ideally within a non-profit setting, and are knowledgeable about systems configuration. You have strong analytical, conceptual, and reporting skills and are able to manage competing deadlines and priorities effectively.
