How to apply
All applications should include the following:
- Cover Letter, signed by the consultant or a duly authorised representative of the applicant’s organisation, mentioning the total bid amount to deliver the key outcomes outlined in the Terms of Reference (TOR).
- Technical Proposal outlining the proposed process and actions to achieve the key deliverables outlined in the TOR.
- Financial Proposal/budget, including budget requirements for any travel to Timor-Leste as required for the consultancy (note: if the consultant is not based in Timor-Leste, given the short timeframe involved, 1 trip to Timor-Leste for workshop activities is proposed with other activities conducted online).
- Profile of consultancy organisation and/or CV of consultant.
- Registration Certificate, and any other relevant documentation.
- An example of a recent/relevant work, particularly that demonstrates alignment with key qualifications and expertise required for this consultancy.
Applicants should be willing to provide two (2) previous clients as references should their application be shortlisted.
Shortlisted applicants should be available for interview from the second/third weeks of January 2025.
