Reporting to the Head of Disability Practice, you'll be responsible for ensuring that the individual needs and rights of people with disabilities are met. You'll provide face-to-face support, empowering clients to advocate for themselves and promoting their independence. Your work will directly contribute to positive, lasting change for those you serve.
We're looking for someone with relevant tertiary or TAFE qualifications (e.g., Social Sciences or Human Services) and experience in providing individual advocacy services. Your ability to connect with people from diverse cultural, linguistic, and socioeconomic backgrounds will be key to your success.
