We currently have an exciting opportunity available for a Senior Solicitor (Respondents FVRO) in our Family Law Practice.

You will have the opportunity to work across a diverse range of intersectional family law programs including Shuttle Conferencing, Restore (immediate phone advice on being served with a FVRO), Duty Lawyer Service (Magistrates Court 58) and Community Legal Education. By delivering high quality legal services, you will be helping the most disadvantaged members of our community seek the social justice that they so deserve.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

• Permanent, full time
• Based at Irwin Street Chambers, Perth CBD
• Salary range: SCHADS Awards level 7(1) $100,572 - Level 8 (2) $112,150 (dependent on experience) plus superannuation 
• Attractive conditions - salary packaging (up to $15,900), additional leave, opportunities for professional development.

• Unrestricted Practising Certificate.
• 5+ years’ post-admission experience.

You will enjoy gaining exposure to a wide variety of work and be able to adapt to changing priorities, with the support of the Family Law team. You will have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with people from diverse cultural, linguistic and socioeconomic backgrounds and ideally have had experience working within the community legal sector.
