VincentCare Victoria is looking for an Intensive Case Manager to join our Journey to Social Inclusion (J2SI) program. J2SI is an innovative program focused on breaking the cycle of homelessness through intensive, person-centered support. This role offers the opportunity to provide long-term, trauma-informed case management and service coordination, supporting individuals to achieve stable housing, independence, and social inclusion.
