We are an award-winning organisation established to provide a range of accommodation and support services to people that are facing disadvantage throughout metropolitan and regional Victoria.
In partnership with other providers, our HomeConnect program provides an operation of prevention and early intervention services for people who have experienced, or are at risk of, homelessness
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Key Worker to join our HomeConnect program. As a Key Worker, you will work within a transdisciplinary team to provide person-centered case management to individuals and families at risk of homelessness. Your role will involve supporting clients to secure and maintain stable housing, linking them with essential services, and advocating on their behalf.
